The Val d'Oise département hosts numerous public and private research centres, to encourage the development of new industrial products or to implement actions in favour of innovation.

The Area Technological Advisors in the Val d'Oise can provide companies wishing to be directed towards research centres that are best suited to their needs with a free back up service and also support them in their efforts to obtain innovation grants (ANVAR), industrial development grants (DRIRE) or the grants for the promotion of patent rights (INPI):
