This sector benefits from an exceptional situation taking into account the existence of the main road system and the presence of the ROISSY CHARLES-DE-GAULLE airport (TGV - high speed train station, RER - commuter express rail station). In order to answer the significant demand of domectic as well as international companies, the majority of municipalities prepare for expansion outside their areas zoned for economic activities and join in the development of university establishments and training centers. The area between Le Bourget and the Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport is already open for new businesses. The strategic area located in the south of the airport pad is designed to host international businesses (head offices). The business park of PARINORD II welcomes many international companies.
