The Economic Expansion Committee of the Val d’Oise department, which has benefited from the CREANET 95 label since 1999, offers free services in the areas of reception, consulting, orientation and accompaniment of new business creators and company managers in the Val d’Oise department. This service is the object of a procedure which is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard (Version 2000).

New business creators and company managers can make an appointment for an individual, confidential meeting to search for practical information concerning the launching, setting up or development of their activity in the offices of the Economic Expansion Committee of the Val d’Oise department in Cergy-Pontoise, or at the Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport ("Informations Entreprises Val d’Oise" centre, located in the airport’s TGV train station).

During these meetings, economic literature and practical guidebooks (Guidebook of aid to companies, Index of Companies, Indexes of Company "Nursery" centres, Business centres and Rental Workshops, Guidebook of Establishment Opportunities) which are edited by the Economic Expansion Committee of the Val d’Oise department can be distributed to new business creators and company managers. They will be assisted in their procedures and oriented towards various relative services and persons of assistance (accomodation, financing, job training, legal or financial advice, etc.).
